This new bill, H.R. 669, from what I have been able to research, bans wildlife that can be a danger to our environment as it exists at present. There seems to be a problem in the way that wildlife is classified. Apparently, everything is considered dangerous and every species needs to be examined, one-by-one, to see if they can be proven safe. It’s the opposite of our concept of “innocent until proven guilty.”
